Tobe Resetar

Tobe Resetar has over 15 years of experience in project management, land acquisition, and business development across the energy and infrastructure sectors. With a strong background in negotiating complex easements, managing multimillion-dollar client portfolios, and leading high-performing teams, Tobe has delivered results on projects for both public and private clients, including PennDOT, FirstEnergy, and Energy Transfer Partners.

Prior to joining ProSource, Tobe oversaw large-scale right-of-way efforts and developed new business opportunities in oil, gas, renewable energy, and transportation. He is known for his client-first mindset, operational efficiency, and ability to drive growth through strategic relationship management.

Tobe holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Argosy University. He is also a licensed notary in Pennsylvania and Michigan and has completed real estate license training. Outside of work, he is an active high school baseball coach and former collegiate athlete.
