Ms. Tibbetts leads the Human Resources programs and strategic HR initiatives at ProSource, bringing eleven years of experience in Human Resources operations. Throughout her career, Ms. Tibbetts has played a key role in a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, compliance, employment law, and performance management.
